The issue(s) you're experiencing with the registration page could stem from various reasons:
  1. If the registration form isn't loading, simply refresh the page
  2. One of the fields may have been left blank, such as gender or date of birth
  3. Information may have been entered in an incorrect format, such as the phone area code
  4. The password does not comply with our ADP guidelines
    1. Registrants cannot use permutations of their birthdate or common combinations like ABC, CBA, 123, 321, AAA, BBB, etc.
