Unable to Download the App or Check-In After Purchasing a Membership
This article will explain why you do not need to check-in through the app if you purchased a Club Membership.
Once you have purchased a Club Membership, you do not need to download the Zeamo app or check-in with it to access the gym. Zeamo will notify our fitness partner(s) to setup your membership.
Because our benefits include no additional fees, your membership will have to be processed through the backend. Please allow 1-2 full business days for your membership to process.
You will be notified as soon as your membership is complete. Make sure to check your junk folder.
Once you receive your membership, please proceed to the front desk to obtain access. After obtaining access, you will check-in to the fitness club the same way their members check-in to the fitness clubs.
Billing and cancellation will run through Zeamo
