I Submitted a Request for a Gym, Why Are There No Updates From Zeamo?
This article will explain why there may not be an update with your gym request yet.
Our team is dedicated to bringing on fitness clubs requested by our users. When you submit a request, it joins our queue, and your contact details are securely stored.
The onboarding process varies based on factors like location and the type of fitness club. A club with fewer than 5 locations generally onboards more quickly than one with more than 5. Please note that some owners or management teams may choose not to join our network.
Once a gym is onboarded, we will announce the partnership through targeted marketing emails, focusing on the zip code and its surroundings. To stay informed, ensure your Settings have the correct zip code. We'll also make an effort to directly notify you when the gym is onboarded.
If you haven't received updates, it means there's no new information or the club has chosen not to join Zeamo.
