I Submitted a Request for a Gym, Why are there No Updates from Zeamo?
This article will explain why there may not be an update with your gym request.
Our team is consistently and diligently making an effort to bring on any fitness clubs that you have requested.
When your request is submitted, it is automatically added onto our queue and your contact information is stored to our list.
The process of onboarding a gym varies depending on the location and type of fitness club. For example, a fitness club with less than 5 locations will generally take a shorter time to onboard. Subsequently, a fitness club with more than 5 locations generally take a lot longer to onboard. The owner or management team of the fitness club can also choose not to come onto our network, so not all gyms will be available.
Once a gym is onboarded, we will release a marketing email announcing the partnership. We generally send those emails by geo-targeting the zip code and the surrounding zip codes so please ensure you have submitted a correct zip code. You can navigate to your Settings to ensure you have the correct zip code. We will also make an effort to reach back out to you directly when the gym is onboarded.
Generally speaking, if you have not received any update, this will mean that there is no new information regarding onboarding the club to Zeamo or that they do not want to join our platform.
