I Cancelled My Membership, Why Am I Still Being Charged?

I cancelled directly through the club
It is important to cancel your membership through Zeamo as we act as your billing and cancellation processor. If you cancelled your membership directly with the club, they
will not relay this to Zeamo. You will need to process your cancellation properly through Zeamo
here. To receive your refund for your most recent payment, please reach out to our support team and provide the cancellation confirmation from the club as an attachment. All requests will be reviewed with our partners to ensure accuracy.
I cancelled through Zeamo
This may have occurred if you cancelled less than 48 hours before your billing cycle ended. This is because the system needs time to update after you have submitted your cancellation. On the other hand, if you did cancel before this 48 Hour time frame, it possibly did not go through correctly due to a technical error. For either of these two possible causes, please contact our support team to resolve this and to receive your refund.
