You can upgrade or downgrade your Zeamo Unlimited plan both online and on our mobile app. Upgrades will go into effect immediately and downgrades will go into effect on your next billing cycle. 

To complete this on our mobile app:

  • Log in and click Profile > Change Plan.
  • Select your new plan and checkout.

To complete this on our website:

  • Log in and in the upper right-hand corner click your Name > Settings > Change Plan. 
  • Select your new plan and checkout.
